Helen has carved out an eclectic and award-winning career as an actor, creative and director.

Her broad experience includes classical and physical theatre, circus, clowning, cabaret, film and television. She’s even done a year on the stage in Las Vegas and European street theatre festivals! Also a creator, her acclaimed solo show, Erotic Intelligence for Dummies, toured major arts festivals; while her shorter variety style comedic acts have graced cabaret stages, events and festivals globally.

Helen is highly regarded stage actor working with many companies including Queensland Theatre, Melbourne Theatre Company, Bell Shakespeare, Spiegelworld International (USA), Unlimited Theatre (UK), La Boîte Theatre, Shake and Stir, Strut n Fret, debase productions, Zen Zen Zo, and Grin and Tonic Theatre Co. Her film and Television includes the ABC mini-series on Sisters of War, Wanted, Australia Day, Through My Eyes and most recently 13 Lives with Ron Howard.
